El Creador Offroad - Miami is amazing! If you have a 4Runner, this is the place to go. They have so many accessories and their prices are really great. Ismael the owner is amazing and a big 4Runner enthusiast who knows what he’s talking about bumper to bumper The mechanics are also super knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommend! 💯

Terrible place to go too. Owner Gave me a price and told me 5 days max to complete. Ended up taking 12 days and then I get a bill higher than what was agreed on. I responded with pictures of pricing he changed one of the line items. The other he said it took him more time so that’s what it would cost. Did not discuss or ask before doing anything. When I told him he did not care. It is what it is or I dont get my car. Terrible auto we service. Perfect example Why businesses in miami don’t last. I have all text as proof. Actual work wasn’t the greatest. Installed new hood which was painted by them and installed. You have paint peeling on corners and misaligned plastic hood scoop Response to owners response. Thanks for making my point. As you can all see he went ahead and did the work that required more cost without consulting with me. Which obviously he does not understand. Be aware. Stay away.

I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in for a tire balance and alignment, expecting a basic service to be done correctly. Instead, I left with more problems than I came in with. First of all, the alignment was so bad that I had to take the car to another shop to get it fixed properly. The second shop confirmed that the alignment had clearly not been done right at all. But what really pushed me over the edge was the condition of my rims. Every single one of them was scratched—some pretty badly—after the visit. I take good care of my car, so I noticed immediately. When I brought it up to the staff, they completely denied responsibility and made no effort to fix the issue or reimburse me for the damage they caused. Between the poor service, the damage to my car, and the refusal to take accountability, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this place. If you value your car and your money, go somewhere else. You shouldn’t have to pay twice and deal with damage just to get a basic alignment and balance done.
